When Will My Order Be Shipped?

Orders are shipped Monday-Friday. The processing time for each order varies but will fall between 3-5 business days.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

If you are wondering when your package will arrive, take a look at the chart below. Please note: all shipping times are a guideline. Packages could arrive sooner or later than the approximations provided. Weekend days and holidays do not count toward the estimated timelines.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Starry Eyed Bowtique accepts payments through Paypal, by credit card or debit card. I do not accept money orders, personal cheques, wire transfers or cash sent through the mail. Sorry!

Do I need to have a Paypal account to place an order?

Not at all! Once you reach the payment portion of your checkout process you will be able to choose whether you want to login and pay using Paypal funds. Or, remain logged out and use a credit card or your debit card.

I like this bow but it’s too big/small, can you make one in this size?

Yes! I am always open to custom orders. In most cases I am 100% able to design a bow exactly to your specifications.
